Refund & Return Policy
At Welorium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This exceeds the legal minimum requirement to give you extra peace of mind.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
With all original tags and in its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, Welorium will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find any issues, contact us immediately at info@welorium.com. We will evaluate the situation and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:
Personal Care Goods: Beauty products, intimate items, or wellness products that have been opened/unsealed.
Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
Note: Contrary to some policies, we do accept returns on sale items, provided they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.
7. European Union & UK 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period
In addition to our 30-day policy, customers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our condition requirements (unused and in original packaging).
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Processing Time: Most refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
