At Welorium, we strive to deliver our curated essentials to your doorstep as efficiently as possible. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch from Monday to Friday.
Processing Period: 1–3 business days.
Dispatch: Orders are typically handed over to our carriers the day after processing is complete.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, the average delivery time is:
Estimated Delivery: 5 to 12 business days. Please note that these are estimates. While we aim for timely delivery, external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays may occasionally affect these timeframes.
3. Shipping Costs & Tracking
Free Worldwide Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As Welorium LTD is a United Kingdom-based company, orders delivered to the European Union (EU) or other international destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Any additional customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for more details.
5. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
Please ensure all details (street numbers, apartment units, and postal codes) are accurate.
Welorium is not liable for shipments that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered due to inaccurate address information provided at checkout.
6. Refusal of Delivery & Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery is refused or remains unclaimed at a local pick-up point, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, the order will be treated as a return. Once the package is safely received back at our facility, we will process your refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Please note that shipping costs for the return may be deducted from the final refund amount as per consumer regulations.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@welorium.com immediately. Once an order has entered the "Processing" stage, we are unable to make any modifications or cancel the shipment.
